Hesperia’s first Sustainability Performance Report

We are proud to share Hesperia’s first Sustainability Performance Report for the reporting period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 (FY22). This Report is a retrospective review of our performance, and it creates a comprehensive baseline for our business. It will be used to ensure we continually improve and maintain our position as a leader in sustainability within the property sector.
Hesperia’s performance establishes a strong baseline for our future endeavors. It solidifies our position as a leader in sustainability within the property sector and serves as a constant reminder of our commitment to continuous improvement.
During the FY22 period, we achieved several significant milestones that include:
- Receiving the Banksia Foundation’s Net Zero Action Award for our 2021-2026 Sustainability Strategy.
- Becoming certified as a carbon-neutral organisation under the Climate Active national standard.
- Founding renewable energy group, Enpowered.
In our commitment to transparency and accountability, we have decided to publish our Sustainability Performance Report annually, aligning it with the calendar year. We are excited about this opportunity to showcase the innovative methods we are integrating into our projects and to highlight the positive effects our strategies have on both our business and the environment.
Our commitment to sustainability remains resolute, and we strive to inspire others within our industry to join us on this transformative journey towards a greener and more sustainable future.
