Hesperia receives three awards at the 2022 WA Property Awards
October 19, 2022
Hesperia’s Rivermark and ABN Office Building were recognised at a state level during the 2022 WA Property Awards, receiving honours for Best Innovation, Best Property Sales Marketing Campaign and Best New Commercial Development.
The annual WA Property Awards celebrate the success of the property industry and acknowledge the depth, expertise and skill of developers across the state.
Rivermark – Hesperia’s first master planned community – was awarded Best Innovation and Best Property Sales Marketing Campaign.
The Best Innovation Award is presented to a developer that incorporates innovative solutions to create significant advancement and improvement within the property industry.
The overall design of Rivermark embraces the natural characteristics of the site and celebrates its Whadjuk Noongar, industrial, and colonial heritage. Rivermark’s design guidelines preserve the architectural character of the area and champion its ecologically led ethos. Through its alignment with Hesperia’s approach to sustainable development, Rivermark includes a Sustainability Incentive Program for residents.
The 52-hectare residential community also received the Best Property Sales Marketing Campaign, recognising Rivermark’s branding and marketing strategy, which is led by its unique story and location. In keeping with Hesperia’s commitment to enduring and intelligent design, sustainability is a core part of Rivermark’s brand, marketing, and value proposition.
The ABN Office Building received the 2022 Best New Commercial Award, acknowledging the development’s unique characteristics and sustainability initiatives. In the heart of Leederville, the building comprises a five-level office and ground floor showroom for ABN Group, complete with a bustling food laneway known as Electric Lane. This addition to the broader entertainment precinct creates critical connections from Vincent Street through to Newcastle Street, with the activated laneway helping reinvigorate Leederville town centre and visitor experience.
Thank you to the Property Council of Western Australia for its recognition of the initiatives at the ABN Office Building and Rivermark. Congratulations to everyone who has contributed to both projects.
